4-roll Plate Bending machines
The 4-roll plate bending (PB4 series) with the SweBend SEVEN CNC system is ideal for repetitive series production. The double pinch bending mechanism allows for perfect results in only one passage, which means reduced production time! The bending precision and ease of use allows for the mass production of complex shapes and radii transitions. Through advanced engineering and knowledge of components we can guarantee the highest pre-bending power and torque in comparison to all similar sized machines on the market.
PB4 (Plate Bending 4 roll) series from SweBend offers twelve different standard size ranges, from PB4-4 with top roll diameter 102 mm (4”) up to PB4-28 with top roll diameter 711 mm (28”).
With roll lengths from 500 mm up to 9 000 mm, SweBend will always offer the correct machine type for all applications. All 4-roll plate roll bending machines are extremely sturdy in design and have more bending power compared to any other plate bending machine on the market.
